I can't believe that my little baby girl is already 9 month old! Before I know it she will be all growed up. She has been crawling for a while now, but mostly the "army crawl" because whenever she is on her knees, she crawls for a bit then just drops and goes for it! But I think that she is wanting to skip the "learning how to walk stage" and go straight for a marathon!

Back to Blogging
It seems like it's been forever since I last posted something, but between the kids, cakes, cleaning, church callings, and other various daily tasks, the last two months has just flown by! So here is a very brief summary on some of the main events that has taken place...
First, EM has a carnival every year for 'Pony Express Days' and with this being our first year here, we were kinda excited to go check it out (in-spite of all the lovely stories we heard about the carnies... which were really kinda creepy) and have some fun.

Next, summer has finally made it and my it it HOT! Nothing better than swimming. So we got out our pool and have invited many cousins over for some fun in the sun.

Mason loves his snorkel and mask so much that he wears them every time he has a bath or a shower!
And lastly, T-ball finally ended in June. I don't know who was happier, us or Mason! Towards the last couple of games Mason would get bored halfway threw and say "I'm finished!" and just sit by me or run around in the outfield until the game was over.

A Big Appetite
So we went to Macy's grocery store the other day and was walking past the bakery when David and Mason went to the doughnut case. We let Mason pick one out for a treat, and this is the one he wanted...

Chocolate icing with sprinkles, YUM-MY! Mason was so excited when he finally got to eat it... check out his face!

Ya, that is one ginormous doughnut! Here is what it looked like after about 10 bites..

And here is what Mason looked like....

Needless to say that he gladly shared it with us in the end.

T-Ball Starts
Mason had his first game last Saturday. It was really cute to watch all the kids hitting the ball, running to bases, and chasing after the balls. It was a little disorganized and first, with kids running all over and throwing the ball to whoever, but it got better as the kids got the hang of what was going on.
Mason and a few other kids got a little bored standing in the outfield, but they found ways to entertain themselves...
David was able to come to one of the games and help out. I hope that he will be able to make it to more of them, Mason really liked having his Daddy help him.
All the kids looked like little bobble-heads running from base to base with the batting helmets on, so funny!

Last Comic Standing
Our little Mason is such a goofy kid. He likes to tell jokes. Most of the time they are just knock-knock jokes and make no sense. Lately he likes to make up his own, they also don't make any sense, but he is so cute I can't help laughing.
