1st T-Ball Practice

Mason had his first T-Ball practice today. He was so excited! He did pretty good, but I think he likes to hit the Tee more than the actual ball, but we will practice with him at home since David isn't able to make it to practice or games, BUMMER!

Aquarium

So we tried going to the Living Planet Aquarium a couple weeks ago, but it was SUPER packed with the parking lot full and 3 school buses! The line was out the door to get in, so we just figured that it wasn't worth it and told Mason we would come back again. MELT DOWN!!! He finally got over it with a little bribery from mom and dad :) Anyway, we finally went back last week, and I had been meaning to post these pictures sooner but never found the time. If you have not gone to see the new penguins yet, YOU MUST! They are so adorable, and so much fun to watch. They are nothing like the ones at the zoo, David thinks it's because they are depressed. But go and have a look and enjoy all the other fishies.

They dive on and off the rocks, so cute!

Up close and personal

We got to watch them feed the penguins, reminded me of little puppies begging for food

My little penguin!

So we were checking out were the "Nemo fishies" are and there was a hand in the water scraping the tank. I am not sure if Mason was intrigued or worried

Mason wasn't the only one who loved the fish!

Look closely...

Yes, that is a stingray peeking over the side! They have a section were you can touch them as they swim by, but I guess one wanted to check Mason out too!

Mason just LOVES this eel! They have a sensor in the tank that makes loud noises whenever the eel is doing it's electric thing, and Mason goes crazy when he gets to hear it.

Rib-bit Rib-bit

Star fishes

And last but not least... now Mason wants to buy a boat!

Avery's Pictures

After almost SIX months we finally got pictures of Avery done. I felt so bad because we had like three sets of photos done of Mason by this time, EEEK! We went to Sears since we had a coupon (and Kiddie Kandids isn't around, but the lady that told us that they will be opening back up sometime soon....) however we ended up buying a package because she did so good! When Mason was a baby he didn't smile in any pics, but Avery just hammed it up. Here are the poses, I was really impressed with their work.

Easter Fun

Every year the holidays get more fun because Mason understands them more and more, however we did meet the Easter Bunny and he was scared, maybe next year. He got a fun-filled basket with toys and candy, this year he got in later in the afternoon since daddy had to work that morning... but he didn't know the difference and enjoyed it thoroughly.

We visited Grandma and Grandpa Hanna's house, and Grandma made some very fun and yummy Easter nest treats.

Then off to dinner with my siblings. We did an Easter egg hunt over there too since there was snow at our house (grumble grumble grumble), but Ava and Mason had alot of fun.

Anxiously waiting...

Lots of yummy candy and toys!

It was a really fun Easter, and so nice to spend the holidays with family.

Play Time

I love to watch Mason play with his little sister, it is so adorable. He tries to give her cars or other toys and move them for her. Sometimes he likes to try and make her laugh by singing "A-Doo Doo Doo Avery". Other times he runs and hides from her and then laughs hysterically.

He is such a sweet big brother, and I can't wait until they can play together!
